What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and ensure that everyone receives the best possible service. There will be a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations made within a 24 hour period to your appointment time. Any no-shows will be charged a 100% fee.

Do you offer any guarantees on your services?

Yes, we stand by the quality of our work. If you experience any issues with your nails or lashes within a few days of your service, please contact us, and we will gladly fix it for you at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
